Wheat Ridge Millwork Standards

Generational joinery tolerances and stable lumber species.

Built for thirty years of daily use. We prioritize solid hardwood stiles, true plumb lines, and hardware rated for real-life architectural loads over mass-produced veneers.

Precise laser measurements taken on site before rough lumber enters our shop saws to ensure exact spatial fit.

Every carcass and face frame engineered in precise vector drafting software to eliminate on-site modifications.

Solid maple dovetail drawer boxes paired with fully concealed soft-close undermount slides and mortise-and-tenon stiles.

Conversion varnish and post-catalyzed finishes applied in dust-controlled shop conditions for maximum chemical resistance.

Material Specifications

Uncompromising lumber grading and VOC compliance

Our Front Range custom builds rely on kiln-dried hardwoods selected for dimensional stability and grain continuity. We source FAS-grade domestic maple, white oak, and walnut, avoiding engineered particleboard cores in structural load-bearing casework. Every joint is reinforced with waterproof aliphatic resin and mechanical fasteners rated for structural integrity.

All finishing is executed in our Wheat Ridge facility using low-VOC conversion varnishes that meet strict environmental standards while providing a durable, repairable surface. Fastener schedules, hinge pocket depths, and drawer slide weight capacities adhere strictly to architectural millwork standards.

Trade Accountability

True plumb lines, solid hardwood stiles, and hardware rated for real life. We build cabinets that outlast the architectural lease.
